360 Fitness is proud to offer several group fitness classes to the public.  This is great for families, large groups of friends, office teams and sports teams! Depending on the class, we run the program out of our private facility, outdoors or in our larger partner gymnasium!! With a variety of classes, there is always a class for everyone and every interest.

With the best Group Trainers in Red Deer and our top notch facilities, there is no worry about overcrowded classes with unknown instructors and their sporadic scheduling.

At 360 Fitness, our certified trainers lead cutting edge, fun and unique fitness classes based on YOUR SCHEDULE! With expert trainers at the helm of every single class, the group will always be instructed on proper form, breathing and technique while at the same time having a blast!

Back Alley Training

The human body has an amazing ability to adapt to stress placed on it. That is why the standard resistance training program needs to be changed every few weeks and can lead to plateaus. We live in a world where we are constantly faced with stressors, and they never follow a plan. Utilizing cross-training techniques of gymnastics (body-weight), resistance training, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, ropes, tires, medicine balls, sledges and a vast array of other non-traditional equipment, our Back Alley Training System offers an ever-changing, fully functional workout of high metabolic intensity. Everyone is able to participate as our workouts are completely scalable for the elite athlete to the “young at heart”, allowing anyone to reap the benefits of our most primal movements. Better yet, you will never be bored of the same routines; you may perform a workout once and never see it again! Kettlebells

In existence for longer than the dumbbell, the kettlebell is the supreme total body trainer in a single handheld piece of equipment. Used for over a century in Russia, kettlebells are quickly becoming one of the top training methods used in North America, used by world-class athletes, celebrities and everyday “joes” like us. Think of the kettlebell as a cannonball with handles. Using your entire body and the momentum of the kettlebell, you will discover new ways to work your muscle and lift more weight than you ever have before! BOOTCAMP 360 (Indoor/Outdoor)

A fitness bootcamp is a type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness bootcamps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves. These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. If you are looking for something different, challenging and fun, come and push your fitness to the next level at Bootcamp 360!!

TWIST Conditioning – Sport Core (Balance, Quickness and Agility)

Using the world-renowned Twist Conditioning methods, improve your balance, speed and agility, while working with the most recognized equipment in the world. Athletes of all kinds, from the weekend warrior to elite professionals, have used Peter Twist’s methods to improve their abilities, and now we offer the same experience to everyone. Learn to use the Bosu, agility ladders, cones, and other equipment to complete a full-body workout, using your body in ways you never have before, and have fun in our relaxed group atmosphere. Led by a Level 2 Twist Conditioning Sport Movement Certified Instructor.

Tiny Titans (Ages 6-10) and Teen Titans (Ages 11-15) Youth Classes - Led by Certified Instructor

Our kid’s classes utilize gymnastics, body weight exercises, resistance training and lifting, kettlebells, and other objects and obstacles such as jump ropes, tires, and medicine balls to help teach kids functional movements and to exercise while having fun!   If you are looking for a change in your child’s self-esteem, health, attentiveness, or to have them meet new friends, this is the after-school program for you.

Golf Biomechanics – Learn the proper way to stretch, exercise, and use your “core” to improve your score without spending hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars on new equipment. Everything you need to know to improve your yards and prevent injury is covered in our weekend seminars, led by a current exercise therapist. Interest in this course may include the addition of a gold pro and physiotherapist so all areas of your golf game are covered. More details to come!

Olympic Lifting – Have you ever watched the Olympics and wish you could lift like the Olympians do? Now you can! Learn the two main lifts in our series of Olympic Lifting seminars: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. A certified instructor will safely teach you these techniques so you can perform these highly effective exercises on your own to enhance your personal training. A must for any budding athlete or anyone looking to spice up their workouts and metabolism.

Nutrition - Learn from our staff how to effectively use what you know about nutrition to make the changes you need with minimal impact and effort on your part. We will help you make the simple changes needed to effectively improve your eating habits without being forced to follow a meal plan. Besides, only a registered nutritionist can tell you what to eat, and we have access to those as well!

“How-to…” Series – Looking to add something new to your workouts? Having trouble with the new exercise in your program? Our staff will help you with a series of short lessons on any exercise(s) that is deemed worth covering or generates enough interest, from Bosu balls to kettlebells and resistance training.

Sport Conditioning - Using the latest research and techniques available, the biomechanics of your team’s sport will be covered, breaking skills down into functional movements. From there, exercise prescription will be given so that you can help lead your team to its best performance. Anyone of interest may attend by contacting us and help to determine the scheduling by the sport you wish to cover. Led by a NCCP Level 2 Theory Coach.
