The day I walked into 360 Fitness, was the day I finally decided to commit to making a life change. I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life, and knew that I needed a major push in the right direction. I had worked out on my own in the past, but always seemed to find an excuse for why I couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do it. I needed to be accountable to someone other than myself to get me motivated. My first few days with my trainer, Katy, were horrifying and humbling at the same time. I had no idea I was so out of shape! However, I had made the decision that this was my time to shine, and I fully committed to making my friends, family, Katy, and most importantly, myself, very proud! In just over 3 months at 360 Fitness I have lost more than 15lbs and dropped my BodyFat from 23% to 17% (that’s 13lbs of pure fat GONE). I have also dropped 10inches and a couple pant sizes! I went from doing 21 pushups in 60 seconds to now doing 45 in 50 seconds. I could barely run a mile when I joined and now I have finished the 180km MS Bike Tour and in September I will be running my first 10km  race in Canmore. 360 Fitness took over my program about 2 years ago. We’ve never looked back. I can’t begin to describe the changes in my life since we met. I was down and out until they helped me turn everything around.

Starting out at over 237 lbs and coming off a sport injury to my wrist and both my ankles. With these bothersome and always aggravated injuries, I didn’t know what to do. That’s when I started at 360 Fitness.

Overweight and always looking for that quick fix or the next fad in losing weight, I didn’t know what to do. With the 360 Fitness approach, I was driven into the road less traveled. Hard work and perseverance are just two of the many words these trainers have beaten me over the head with.

To date, I have lost over 50lbs of FAT and gained over 25lbs of MUSCLE!! I started at 237lbs at 24% Body fat and dropped to 202lbs at 17% Body Fat, all while getting stronger, improving my posture, gaining nutrition knowledge and I am about to do my first ever Triathlon Sprint!

When I first joined 360 Fitness I was feeling tired all the time and found myself about 35 pounds overweight. I decided it was time for a change and just walked into 360 Fitness. Thank you so much for your knowledge and care that you put into our workouts. It is easy to tell that being a personal trainer is not just a job for any of you, it is much more. We look forward to what the next months will bring for us.

This has been the find of the century for our family! Unforeseen occurrences can change our lives in a bad way in the blink of an eye, it is nice to know that on this occasion, it has been for the good. In just 2 months we have made a complete turn around. I guess that is where you get the name for your gym.  I am so happy with the changes that it makes me cry. When my friends started noticing my improved strength and weight loss, I knew I had a good thing going

I started working out with Brooke when she came to our school for her practicum. She ran an exercise~program for teenage girls and I joined as a staff member for support.

When my friends started noticing my improved strength and weight loss, I knew I had a good thing going. I encouraged some other friends to join me and now we have been working with Brooke for 3 months.

As a 51 year old woman, it is important to me that I have exercises that are going to keep my bones strong and my mind alert.  Brooke is always attentive to proper technique and is constantly educating us as to why she is making us do certain exercises.  Brooke runs a great program with lots of variety.  She is always giving us little nutrition tips while she is putting us through our cardio, weights or core strengthening exercises.  She changes our routine as our capabilities increase.  She has just the right balance of pushing our limits and encouraging our success.

I am looking forward to the next three months!

I began training with Brooke about four months ago with some friends.  I started out thinking that I might lose a couple of pounds and it would be a social time with my friends.  Here I am, four months later, thirty pounds lighter, stronger than I have ever been and feeling healthy and excited about what lies ahead.  Now training with Brooke is not merely a time with friends but a necessity for me.

Our workouts are always challenging and include a variety of exercises,  weights, machines and even some killer outdoor sessions.  Brooke takes the time to properly explain how we should be doing each exercise and what we will accomplish by doing them.  She also is able to assess our unique needs and to modify the program for each individual.  All of  this helps me to feel safe and empowered to continue challenging myself.

Brooke brings a great deal of knowledge to her job.  She has completed her post-secondary education but also draws from her years as a serious athlete.  Brooke handles herself in a professional way yet she is friendly and accessible.  I would highly recommend training with Brooke to anyone who wants to seriously change their fitness level.  I know that it has changed me and I look forward to our workouts.  Thanks Brooke!

After struggling with my weight for 30+ years I decided to try a personal trainer. I had gym memberships in the past but I didnt see the weight loss results that I was aiming for. I teamed with Jack which turned to be a very positive experience. Jack was very encouraging and was able to push my limits.
