-Metabolic Typing Seminar and Service-

360 Fitness is proud to offer Metabolic Typing Services with Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 Trent Sehlstrom. The Metabolic Typing System works under the theory that each person is designed to eat specific foods. Eating the wrong foods can cause adverse effects on your health. Using the Metabolic Typing System, clients will be individually scored and identified the foods, specific macronutrients, and the ratios needed for optimal health. A focus is made on an organic and holistic change in lifeststyle, but all can benefit from this service.

Clients will be given specific questionnaires to determine their metabolic type and negative stressors preventing optimal health. Individual sessions will follow to lead clients through their scores and to determine suggested lifestyle changes, develop suitable meal plans and create an exercise program for de-stressing. This provides a strong foundation for each individual and the groundwork for developing your own metabolic lifestyle plan.

Participants of this service have reported the benefits of:

  • Increased Energy
  • Increased Body Tone and Weight Loss
  • Improved Emotional Well-Being
  • New Found Mental Clarity
  • Decreased Physical Pain

Numerous factors involving nutrition and lifestyle may affect the individual. Each factor will be discusses as roadblocks for healthy living, at a pace that will suit all clients’ needs, using the world-renowned C.H.E.K. Institute’s Methods.

Roadblock 1 – You Are What You Eat

Roadblock 2 – Is Stress Making Your Pants Too Tight?

Roadblock 3 – You Are When You Eat

Roadblock 4 - Digestive System Health

Roadblock 5 – Detoxification Health

-Golf Biomechanics -

It’s not too late to add yards to your drive and improve your handicap!! The golf season is just beginning (at least in Alberta) and, if this year is anything like last year, expect to be golfing until Thanksgiving!!

During 360 Fitness’ exclusive gold training seminars, the biomechanics (the study of human movement) and science of the golf swing will be covered, with a focus on:

  • Proper stretching and warm up
  • General and specific exercises for improving your swing
  • Utilization of alternative gym equipment, including the BOSU
  • Body mechanics for swing and follow through
  • Trunk stabilization
  • Discussion of specific musculature involved with “coiling” and “uncoiling” during the swing
  • Seasonal programming for exercises, including pre-season and off-season

If you are willing to spend hundreds, or even thousands of dollars on equipment, you cannot afford to pass on our inexpensive courses, offering immediate and lifelong gains! Prepare for now or the coming years by utilizing our biomechanical knowledge.

This course is led by a practicing kinesiologist and exercise therapist. Involvement of a physiotherapist and GOLF PRO are available, provided in the interest generated. Seminars will be offered during the weekends (one day and two day intensive) or in the evenings as shorter classes. Call now to schedule or email with a desired time.
