How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to�keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Terms and Conditions
All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars (Cdn $). 360 Fitness has a 30 Day Membership Cancellation Policy, this request must be in writing and delivered in person to corresponding location (medical conditions will be considered). 360 Fitness has a 24 hours cancellation policy on individual sessions, in which sessions canceled less than 24 hours before due time the client will potentially be charged (emergency and similar situations will be considered). In regards to Group Fitness, Fitness Workshops and Detox Therapy services, all sales are final. Also, in order for the customer to participate in these events they are required to sign a waiver. You are responsible for knowing the date of your sessions. If you are unsure we will always be happy to provide you with the information.
