I joined 360 Fitness a month ago not knowing exactly what I should expect from the gym and my trainer. I felt immediately at ease by the way Brooke took the time to learn about me before making up the training and eating plan. I never felt like I was receiving a cookie cutter training plan that everyone was placed on.

The overall atmosphere of 360 Fitness is welcoming and friendly whether you are speaking to another trainer or client. I have consistently felt that my goals and success are celebrated by all those at 360 Fitness, but especially by my personal trainer Brooke.

Within a short month I have already seen the results of this dedicated training. Depending on how progress is gauged: I have lost 10 pounds, done my first real set of pushups, and decreased my overall body fat percentage. Even without these measures of progress I feel healthier and happier every time I finish a session.

I look forward to seeing further progress as Brooke continues to encourage me each step of the way.

UPDATE: Tracy lost almost 10lbs and 14inches in her first month at 360! Keep up the great work Tracy
